Summer Recap: Turning 20 in South Beach!!

Hey loves, being that I took a break from blogging this summer, I thought I’d come through with my summer recap. This summer recap will be broken up into a couple of parts because there’s just so much to share!

I hope you guys had a great and productive summer. I can honestly say I enjoyed mine. It was definitely busy with work and all, but I set aside time for myself and fun.

I started off my summer in June with an amazing trip to South Beach, Miami, Florida for my birthday with my wonderful cousin. I definitely wish I could go back in time and relive it. It was our first time traveling completely alone, so that added to the excitement. I remember the excitement of arriving and checking into our hotel. We stayed at the Tradewinds Apartment Hotel. I would honestly give this hotel 5 stars. They are apartment styled hotels, they include bedrooms, full bathroom, living room, dining area and a kitchen and the service we received here was great.

Everyone was so welcoming. The great thing about this hotel is that it is very close to everything. So, if you’re planning a trip to South Beach and want to be close to everything I’d highly recommend this place. We were very close to Ocean Drive, and Lummus Park Beach! During our stay we got out and explored South Beach as well as met new people, went clubbing and so much more! Check out the slide show below to see my trip!

This was just a small percentage of my trip and I honestly can’t wait to take more and experience the world! Miami Beach was so fun, but this was only the beginning of my summer and I have so much more to share, so, definitely stay tuned!
