This is important for getting rid of the dead skins cells on your face, leaving room for those new healthy cells to take their place. After exfoliating, you’ll notice how much more vibrant and smooth your skin feels. I suggest, exfoliating once or twice a week.
You should be moisturizing every single day. If you have oily skin like I do, you want to use a moisturizer that is oil free. I stick with the Neutrogena Grapefruit line and find that the Oil-Free Acne Moisturizer Pink Grapefruit works best. It’s super lightweight, non-greasy, and it clears my breakouts. Definitely a holy grail item.
