Every new year, you hear the same old sayings … for example. “new year, new me.” 9 times out of 10 the same people who say it, don’t usually pull through. The new year shouldn’t be so much about reinventing yourself but more about creating a better version of yourself and creating better habits. How do you usually go about this? (comment down below!)
